Tangerine announces new customer signing, Boulart inc.

August 30, 2011 - Tangerine Software is pleased to announce the signing of Boulart Inc. to a Software License Agreement that includes the fully integrated suite of Sage ERP X3 process manufacturing, distribution and financial software. The agreement also includes Sage's data collection software and Tangerine's Nectari Business Intelligence solution.

Located in Lachine Quebec, Boulart maunfactures artisan breads (www.boulart.com). Their initial search for new business software was based on a need to implement a Business Intelligence solution that would provide them real-time access to machine-driven information. During their selection process, the company also decided that it needed to replace its back office software.

Boulart's ERP and BI selection process took three months and included two potential vendors. Their evaluation criteria was based on finding an ERP and BI solution that would best support Boulart’s operational and data access and reporting needs. "The level of integration between Sage ERP X3 and Nectari BI was very impressive", states Alain Bouchard, V.P. of Operations. "Their ease of use and the depth of core functionality in X3 gave us the confidence we needed in order to make our final decision. Tangerine's knowledge and experience in the food industry was also a deciding factor."

The implementation of Sage ERP X3 and Nectari BI will be completed in April 2012.
