Integrated features for documentation development

To ensure that users can properly identify the use and purpose of views within your solution as it grows, documentation features have been added to the solution.  This documentation is also very important as it provides for easy transfer of knowledge between employees as end users move around within your enterprise.

Supports data entry, manipulation and simulation

Nectari supports 2-way communication between the enterprise data and its views.  If configured, users with the proper authorization within Nectari can easily and safely perform data entry and data manipulation within Nectari’s simple user friendly interfaces.  Doing data entry from within Nectari also provides end users with Copy and Paste operations, as well as Undo and Redo operations on their data.  Only when the data is to their satisfaction will a save be done and the data committed to the database.

Framework for building applications (i.e. forecasting & budgeting)

Since Nectari can securely provide write access to your enterprise data if desired, why not build your custom forecasting and budgeting apps directly into Nectari?  Nectari can be used as a framework for building these types of applications requiring read and write access to your enterprise data.  This approach will allow many contributors, having different roles in the enterprise, to focus on their specific data while providing consolidated views for the enterprise’s upper management.

Know who is doing what and when

To help facilitate maintenance of your solution, Nectari features a Statistics feature that tracks the usage of the different business processes and views within Nectari. Easily see how often certain views are being used and by whom. Check who the last modifications to a business process were made by and when.
